Description of Service

Beakr Prints provides 3D printing services, including but not limited to:

• Custom 3D model printing
• Design services and consultations
• Prototyping and production runs
• Finishing and post-processing services

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not submit copyrighted or illegal content for printing
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Respect our intellectual property and trade secrets
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

Orders and Payments

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Beakr Prints. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing: Prices for our services are quoted at the time of order and may be subject to change based on material costs, complexity, and quantity.

Payment Terms: Payment is required before work begins on custom orders. For established clients, net-30 payment terms may be available upon approval.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without charge. After 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any designs, files, and materials you submit to us for printing.

Our Property: All Beakr Prints branding, website content, and proprietary processes remain our intellectual property.

Portfolio Usage: We may use images of completed projects for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Quality and Warranties

We strive to deliver high-quality 3D printed products. All items are inspected before shipping.

Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

Claims: Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate concerns.

Limitation of Liability

Beakr Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beakr Prints from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to print:

• Illegal or prohibited items
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Weapons or weapon components (where prohibited by law)
• Harmful or dangerous items
• Adult or explicit content

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
